We believe that basketball has the ability to inspire and teach important life skills such as teamwork, perseverance, and discipline. That’s why we offer a range of programs designed to promote these values while also providing a fun and engaging environment for young people.

Hey, Huntsville! It’s that time of the year again – our much-awaited Annual Shoe and Sock Drive has kicked off! Starting December 1st, join us for “21 Days of Christmas” as we gather new shoes, socks, and hygiene items for those who need them the most. 🎁
We’re partnering with the Downtown Rescue Mission, Harris Homes for Children, and The Boys and Girls Club Calvary Hill. And this year, we’ve made it easier for you to donate!

We believe that every young person deserves access to quality basketball programs and mentorship opportunities, regardless of their financial situation. We also partner with schools from elementary to secondary education institutions and community organizations to bring programs and mentorship opportunities to undeserved communities.
Our 1 year goal of Pic N Roll, Inc. is to continue to engage in a collaborative partnerships with other youth and young adult development agencies as well as local elementary, middle, high schools and colleges in Huntsville and the surrounding community.
Our 3-5 year goal is to gain funding to assist us with attaining a building, hiring full time employees and continue to build programs that are self sustaining and continue to be a stable support system for those we serve.
Goals of Organization
With a total of 72 schools in the Huntsville City/Madison County area and approximately 40,000 students. We target students in elementary through secondary school (through our internship programs).
Initiatives & Opportunities
Building tomorrow's Leaders Today - Internship Program
- Pick N Roll Inc. and the War Dawgs developed an internship program to work with Alabama A&M University’s sports management department.
- Interns will learn financial literacy, business development, event management and fundraising initiatives all based around their sports management curriculum.
Giving Back and Paying It Forward - Fundraising for organizations
- Pick N Roll Inc. partners with local businesses like Main Event and DiVRgence to help schools, PTA organizations, club teams, etc. raise much needed resources.

Our athletes volunteer in local schools to support educational and behavioral initiatives.
- Encourage sportsmanship amongst the youth.
- Help students stay excited about their educational journey.
- Help build positive relationships and connections in the community.
- Instill confidence, build self-esteem, and a positive attitude within the students.
